The United States Conference on AIDS (USCA), on September 30 – October 3, 2012, at Caesars Palace Hotel in Las Vegas, NV, was an amazing HIV/AIDS meeting. For nearly two decades, USCA has sought “to increase the strength and diversity of the community-based response to the HIV/AIDS epidemic through education, training, new partnerships, collaboration and networking” and thanks to our conference participants, volunteers, host committee, sponsors, program partners, Caesars Palace Hotel and staff, we were able to do just that.
At USCA 2012 we worked to highlight the changes in our movement that have brought us closer than ever to ending the epidemic, and ways that we can move forward as a community to make this dream a reality. We held the first ever Summit to End the HIV/AIDS Epidemic in America. We celebrated our 25th anniversary with an NMAC Timeline recounting the steps of our movement over the last quarter-century.
As we turn toward 2013, please revisit this page for updates on our upcoming, 17th annual United States Conference on AIDS, September 8 – 11, 2013 at the Hyatt Regency in New Orleans, LA. We thank everyone who participated in USCA 2012 and are excited to move toward USCA 2013!
