HPLS sponsorships, exhibits and advertisements offer HIV/AIDS-related companies/organizations a unique opportunity to promote products and services to a targeted audience. This year’s meeting is expected to attract nearly 1,800 people working on the front lines of the AIDS epidemic in the United States, including: health care professionals; people living with HIV/AIDS; volunteers; community-based organizations’ staff and board members; case managers; social workers; AIDS educators; outreach workers; and pharmaceutical and government representatives. Sponsoring the 2008 HPLS is the best way to support the efforts of the many dedicated people on the frontlines of this epidemic, and to reach over 1,800 constituents working in the field of HIV/ AIDS. The benefits of sponsorship are outlined below:
Public Sector/Non-Profit Sponsor* – $2,500
- Two nontransferable, “full access” conference registrations for you and a colleague
- One full-page ad in the conference program book
- One 8’ x 10’ exhibit booth
- Name billing on select conference materials and signage identifying you as a sponsor
*Must show proof of non-profit status.
Silver Sponsor – $7,500
Includes all benefits of the Public Sector/Non-Profit Sponsor level plus the following:
- Two additional nontransferable, “full access” conference registrations for your colleagues (4 total)
- One conference bag insert
- Names and addresses of conference participants, upon request, before or after the conference
Gold Sponsor – $10,000
Includes all benefits of the Silver Sponsor level plus the following:
- Two additional nontransferable, “full access” conference registrations for your colleagues and two “full access” conference registrations that can be transferred, at your discretion, to non-profit colleagues who might otherwise not be able to attend (8 total)
- Logo, in addition to name billing, on select conference materials and signage
- Names and addresses of conference participants, upon request, before and after the conference
- Recognition of your support during the opening plenary breakfast
- One additional conference bag insert (2 total)
- Recognition on all printed materials
Hosting an exhibit booth will put you right in the heart of the 2008 HPLS. The exhibit hall is strategically located to allow maximum attendance of conference attendees. Booths are 8’ x 10’. Two conference registrations are included with your booth rental.
Exhibit space is limited and may sell out. We encourage you to consider one of the sponsorship opportunities detailed above to guarantee your space at this year’s conference. If sponsorship is not the best option for you, then reserve your exhibit booth today. Guarantee of a corner space will be an additional $50.00 (subject to availability).

- Each 8' x 10' booth includes an 8' backdrop, 3' high side rail, standard booth drapery and an optional identification sign. The booth also includes a 6' or 8' draped table, two chairs and one wastebasket.
- Exhibitors will be listed in the conference program book.
- Two conference registrations are included in the exhibitor package. No additional registrations will be provided.
- NMAC provides general lighting, carpeting and telephone access. Other needs and associated costs are the responsibility of the individual exhibitor.
Exhibitors will have access to the exhibit hall beginning June 11, 2008, from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. All exhibits must be installed and ready for the exhibit hall opening at 4:00 p.m., on June 11, 2008. All exhibits must be dismantled immediately after the closing of the Exhibit Hall on June 13, 2008, starting at 5:00 p.m. and ending at 9:00 p.m. Early dismantling of booths is not permitted. Acceptance of your exhibit application and the placement of your booth are at the sole discretion of NMAC. Preference is given in the following order: Gold Sponsors, Silver Sponsors, Public Sector/Non-Profit Sponsors and Exhibitors. Should space not be available for your exhibit, you will be notified in advance and receive a full refund.
Upon receipt of your application form and payment, you will receive an exhibitor kit and complimentary registration forms.
Great opportunities exist to advertise your company, product or service in this year’s conference program book. It is also a great way to send a special message to the community leaders who will be present at the 2008 HPLS.

- Full-Page ads are 7" (w) by 10" (h).
- Please submit only high resolution art files (300 DPI or higher), in EPS, PNG, JPEG or PDF formats, created in Adobe Creative Suite programs or QuarkXPress. (Pleaseinclude all supporting files, including screen and printer fonts, if applicable.)
- We cannot accept PowerPoint presentations, Word files or GIFs as artwork.
- Camera ready artwork of film negatives for offset printing is acceptable. (Halftones should be 133-line screen inside pages.)
- Do not send laser printer proofs with screened (grayed) areas.
- All ads are black and white.
- Materials cannot be returned.
- NMAC does not provide typesetting, copy alterations or mechanical reproduction.

The deadline for NMAC to receive camera-ready artwork for ads is April 6, 2008.
