Oscar De La O is a founding member and President & CEO
of Bienestar Human Services. Bienestar is the largest HIV Latino
organization in the country. Oscar has been an advocate for Latinos
affected by HIV and AIDS for over twenty years. Bienestar has grown from being
an AIDS project providing information on weekends to a comprehensive social
services, support, and advocacy agency with eleven community service centers
located in Los Angeles, San
Diego, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
