SNHC

The Supporting Networks of HIV Care (SNHC) by Enhancing Primary Medical Care project is a national technical assistance and capacity building project designed to develop, improve, and expand comprehensive HIV primary medical care and treatment service delivery in racial/ethnic minority communities severely impacted by HIV/AIDS through providing technical assistance, intensive capacity building, and regional meetings to primary medical care sites. Funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration’s HIV/AIDS Bureau, the project is led by the CAEAR Foundation in partnership with the Academy for Educational Development , and the National Minority AIDS Council.

Intensive Capacity Building
The Academy for Educational Development is the coordinator of Intensive Capacity Building. The goal of the intensive capacity building is to increase the capacity of targeted primary medical care sites and Ryan White CARE Act funded primary care sites severely impacted by the 2005 hurricanes through intensive capacity building activities.
