Women's Stories - The Tides That Bind
The Women of Color Leadership Institute is collecting stories from women of color in an effort to empower women around the globe infected or affected by the HIV epidemic and related health disparities.
Your story will become one of many on how HIV/AIDS has affected your life — whether you are personally infected,
have shared the experience with a family member, friend or colleague who became infected and
the devastating effects it has had on them, or whether you deal with the
devastation of this epidemic in your daily work or school activities, etc.
In many parts of the world, women have chosen effective ways to deal with the epidemic and through leadership and empowerment that become the The Tides That Bind us in a powerful force against the epidemic.
