Devin Cokley is a member of the Iconic House of Balenciaga, living in Charlotte, North Carolina. Devin has studied Business Management at both Howard University and University of North Carolina. Devin currently works at RAIN in North Carolina where he started as a CDC Project Manager and now operates as the Grant Program Manager.
