ELEVATE is all about empowering and nurturing leadership among individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Together, we’ll build capacity and expertise to drive positive change in the planning, delivery, and enhancement of crucial Ryan White HIV/AIDS programs. We’ll also provide you with valuable skills and knowledge to excel in the workforce.  ELEVATE is also about providing RWHAP service providers with additional skills, best practices, and knowledge to better serve PLWHA.

Established in 2005, Abounding Prosperity, Inc. was founded in Dallas County to address social and health disparities disproportionately affecting Black Men and their families. Over the past 16 years, the organization has significantly expanded its programs and services to meet the growing need. Abounding Prosperity, Inc. prioritizes preventive services to enhance health and quality of life. They offer a range of programs tailored for Black gay and bisexual men who have sex with men (BMSM), Black women, and Black male-to-female transgender individuals aged 17 and older.

These programs include a Community Center offering HIV/STI screenings, educational opportunities, and counseling, a Mobile Testing Unit to reach transient populations, DASPOT (Dallas Area Space for Progressing Our Talents Drop-In Center) providing support and resources for young Black gay individuals and transgender women aged 14-29, and Transparency, a comprehensive program addressing the needs of transgender women through education, healthcare, housing, empowerment, and legal support, including leadership development and job skills training.
