Xavier Chung is a Harm Reduction specialist with Kumukahi Health and Wellness, a Hawaii-based Harm reduction organization, and a lifelong learner. They head the only in-office syringe exchange program for West Hawaii, they also educate people on STI prevention and Narcan usage. Xavier is passionate about harm reduction and education in all forms. Whether that is within sexual health, sustainability best practices, and marine ecology, they bring curiosity and a desire to uplift and help their community.
