Biomedical HIV Prevention Summit 2025 

The 9th Biomedical HIV Prevention Summit hosted by NMAC will be held in Atlanta, GA, from April 10 to 12, 2025. The 2025 Biomedical HIV Prevention Summit’s agenda converges innovation with the continued need to connect the HIV workforce with effective solutions that increase access for communities of color. 

Each year, NMAC provides over 300 scholarships to the Biomedical HIV Prevention Summit to prioritize health & PrEP navigators in community-based organizations to establish their biomedical prevention programs. Geographic diversity will be important, with a special focus on the South and regions where HIV disproportionately impacts people of color. 

Scholarship Categories, Application Link, and Deadlines

NMAC provides a limited number of scholarships. Scholarships will prioritize health & PrEP navigators in community-based organizations establishing their biomedical prevention programs. This conference will focus on the combination of scientific advancements and technological innovations significantly enhancing the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of HIV.

In our commitment to equity and opportunity, we will prioritize applicants who have never received a scholarship to the Summit before.

Applicants must reside in the United States to receive a scholarship.

This option covers the registration only.

This option covers the registration, hotel accommodation for two nights, and round trip travel to and from Atlanta, GA. 

Scholarship Deadlines

If awarded, Scholarship B recipients will be required to book their travel with NMAC’s travel agent at least 45 days prior to the event. The travel agents will purchase coach class tickets via air, train, or bus. Scholarship recipients must live at least 50 miles outside the city of Atlanta to be eligible for a travel scholarship. Information provided on your submission is NOT confidential and will be shared with a committee that reviews all requests.

NMAC offers 3 categories of registration fees for the 2025 Summit: 

  • Federal Government Registration
  • Late Registration (after Early-Bird pricing ends on March 10th)
  • Regular Registration

Fees have not been increased from the 2024 Biomedical Summit.
