In 2024, the Summit convened nearly 1,500 leaders, advocates, and educators to share ideas and learn about new approaches to maximize the use of biomedical HIV prevention methods. Sponsoring the Summit connects you with a diverse group of decision makers, and gives you a forum to share your organization’s message and expertise to the thousands of attendees that are expected to be in attendance.

Exhibitors
An exhibit booth is the perfect way to start conversations with the Summit community. The high-impact exhibit space is incorporated with lounge spaces, for a relaxed networking experience with attendees.
Exhibit Guidelines
- Purchase Limit: Each organization can only purchase one (1) booth per organization.
- Booth Cost: $725.00.
- Exhibitor Benefits:
- One (1) full summit registration – if you would like to bring additional (more than 1) staff, please register them separately (see link below)
- One (1) 8′ by 10′ exhibit booth space, 2 chairs and a wastebasket
- Name listed in the digital program and Conference App
Exhibitor Cancellation and Refund Policy
Written cancellations emailed to conferences@nmac.org on or before Monday, March 10, 2024, by 5:00 pm (EST), will be honored in full, less a $150 processing fee.
Refunds will NOT be issued for cancellations emailed after this date. If you have an outstanding balance, payments must be received by Monday, March 10, 2024.
