I am a second year doctoral student in the Preventive Medicine Department at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. My research interests include cultural health and sexual decision making; currently working a qualitative HIV research study with the RAND Corporation. I hope to engage with community members and leaders at USCA and learn how to integrate the work from grassroots organizations into theoretical models that facilitate quality research studies for HIV prevention.
