Biomedical HIV Prevention Summit 2025
The 9th Biomedical HIV Prevention Summit hosted by NMAC will be held in Atlanta, GA, from April 10 to 13, 2025. The 2025 Biomedical HIV Prevention Summit’s agenda converges innovation with the continued need to connect the HIV workforce with effective solutions that increase access for communities of color.
NMAC provides scholarships to the Biomedical HIV Prevention Summit to prioritize health & PrEP navigators in community-based organizations to establish their biomedical prevention programs. Geographic diversity will be important, with a special focus on the South and regions where HIV disproportionately impacts people of color.

Exhibit Guidelines
- Purchase Limit: Each organization can only purchase one (1) booth per organization.
- Booth Cost: $725.00.

Exhibitor Cancellation and Refund Policy
Written cancellations emailed to conferences@nmac.org on or before March 8, 2024, by 5:00 pm (EST), will be honored in full, less a $150 processing fee.Refunds will NOT be issued for cancellations emailed after this date. If you have an outstanding balance, payments must be received by March 8, 2024.
