Rate: 

The venue and hotel for the Summit is the Signia by Hilton hotel. NMAC has secured a discounted room rate of $219 per night + 15% state and local taxes. 

The room rate is not inclusive of applicable state and local taxes (currently 15.7%), or $4 nightly Seattle Tourism Assessment Fee, applicable services fees and/or Hotel-specific fees in effect at the time of the Event.

The Conference will not change reservations booked outside of our block to our group rates.

Reservations: 

You must submit a paid registration first to be able to make a hotel registration. Your confirmation email will include a link to make a reservation at the hotel. 

Please do not contact the hotel directly as the Hotel will only reserve rooms for registered attendees that have been confirmed by NMAC.

NMAC offers 2 categories of registration fees for the 2025 Summit: Regular Registration and Federal Government Registration. 

Fees have not been increased from the 2024 Biomedical Summit.

The 2025 Biomedical HIV Prevention Summit’s agenda converges innovation with the continued need to connect the HIV workforce with effective solutions that increase access for communities of color. 

The 2025 Biomedical HIV Prevention Summit (Summit) Program Committee has issued the Call for Abstracts to solicit proposals from people working in the field of HIV/AIDS interested in convening a workshop at the Summit.

Each year, NMAC provides over 300 scholarships to the Biomedical HIV Prevention Summit to prioritize health & PrEP navigators in community-based organizations to establish their biomedical prevention programs. Geographic diversity will be important, with a special focus on the South and regions where HIV disproportionately impacts people of color.
