I am currently pursuing my MPH in Community Health at New York University, with an Advanced Certificate in LGBTQ Health, Education, and Social Services. I received my BS in School and Community Health Education from SUNY Brockport. I am a Graduate Assistant at the NYU LGBTQ Student Center and the Outreach Coordinator at the Center for Health, Identity, Behavior, and Prevention Studies (CHIBPS). Currently, I am on the Steering Committee for the LGBT HealthLink, the the Secretary of NYU Queer Union. With what I learn at USCA, I hope to further develop my leadership skills and advance my ability to examine the complex dimensions of HIV/AIDS, while effectively advocating on behalf of emerging HIV/AIDS issues. I hope to continue to cultivate intergenerational dialogue around HIV/AIDS by facilitating partnerships between youth-oriented organizations and survivors of the AIDS epidemic.
