ELEVATE Training Spring 2024
April 1 - April 5
Prepare for a transformative experience in the heart of Los Angeles! NMAC, in collaboration with APLA Health, invites you to our upcoming ELEVATE training sessions.
ELEVATE is all about empowering and fostering leadership among individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Together, we’ll build capacity and expertise to drive positive change in the planning, delivery, and enhancement of crucial Ryan White HIV/AIDS programs. We’ll also equip you with valuable skills and knowledge to excel in the workforce. This training also welcomes service providers of PLWHA who receive funding for RWHAP.
For four decades, APLA Health has been a cornerstone of comprehensive healthcare and support for underserved communities, particularly those affected by HIV/AIDS. With seven Federally Qualified Health Center locations in Los Angeles County, they annually serve over 18,000 individuals, offering a range of services from medical and dental care to housing support and HIV specialty care. Their legacy of innovation and advocacy, forged in the early days of the AIDS epidemic, drives our commitment to advancing health equity and social justice for LGBTQ+ and HIV-affected populations as they celebrate our 40th anniversary.
Don’t miss this incredible opportunity to ELEVATE your skills, knowledge, and leadership while collaborating with APLA Health. Join us in Los Angeles as we work together to create a brighter future for individuals living with HIV/AIDS and the organizations that serve them.
