The United States Conference on HIV/AIDS (USCHA) is the nation’s largest convener of community, workforce and frontline service providers, government, policymakers, and healthcare industry across the HIV movement.
As we navigate a new political environment and as the conference returns to its home base of Washington, D.C. it is a crucial time to engage your stakeholders with information, messages, and products.

Why Exhibit?
Exhibiting at USCHA is an excellent way to gain in-person access to people living with and affected by HIV and those that serve them. Several events and amenities throughout the conference attract attendees into the exhibit hall, including dessert breaks and raffles.
Organizations or companies that provide services to help people deliver education, research, treatment and/or care to people living with HIV or AIDS and those working to improve the lives and effectiveness of those working towards ending the epidemic should consider exhibiting at USCHA. The conference usually sells out of exhibit space prior to the final deadline so make sure to reserve your booth today.
Each 8’ x 10’ booth purchase includes:
- 8 ft. backdrop, 3 ft. high side rail and standard drapery
- 8’ table with 2 chairs and wastebasket
- Organizational Sign
- Listing in the conference program book and mobile app (if payment received by reservation deadline)
- Two complimentary registrations

Multiple Booth Reservations:
A maximum of two (2) 8’ x 10’ in-line booths may be reserved by an organization. Only one (1) corner booth can be reserved. Corner booths can no longer be combined with an in-line booth.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Written cancellations received via email to conferences@nmac.org on or before July 21, 2025, by 5:00 pm (EDT), will be honored in full, less a $150.00 processing fee. Refunds will NOT be issued for cancellations received after this date.

Program Book
Ads will appear in color in the digital program book. Ad files should be sent to conferences@nmac.org by June 30, 2025
Specifications:
- Artwork must be a high resolution (at least 300 DPI) — PDF preferred. Additional accepted file formats include EPS or JPEG file in color (RGB).
- Full page ad Size (non-bleed): 7.5” x 10”
- Full page ad with Bleed: 8.5” x 11”
USCHA does not provide typesetting, copy alterations and/or mechanical preparation. USCHA reserves the right to adjust any submissions that do not comply with the size requirement.

Why Sponsor USCHA?
Sponsoring USCHA builds visibility for your brand or organization, connects you with a diverse group of decision-makers, and gives you a forum to share your organization’s message and expertise to the 3000+ registrants that are expected to attend. Additionally, your sponsorship funds allow USCHA to create impactful programming and fund scholarships to people affected by HIV and AIDS.

Sponsors at all levels will be amplified in select event materials, program book and on-site signage with organization name and logo.
Presenting Sponsor

- Exclusivity as the Presenting Sponsor
- Opportunity to host an official conference plenary session (all costs are the responsibility of the sponsor)
